What is Muay Thai JUNIORS

AGES 8 TO 12

Muay Thai is a martial art originating from Thailand, focusing on striking techniques with fists, elbows, knees, and shins. It’s also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs” due to these eight points of contact. Thai Boxing training can improve physical fitness, balance, coordination, flexibility, and mental toughness. Additionally, you can learn practical self-defense skills.

Group Training

Muay Thai Junior Classes are designed for kids ages 8 to 12. Our experienced trainers, many of whom are ex-champions, teach stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and defenses in a fun and engaging environment. Our classes accommodate all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students. We adjust the training to fit different levels and abilities, ensuring that every child gets the attention they need to improve their skills and develop confidence.

What to expect

During a typical Muay Thai class, you’ll start with a warm-up that includes running, skipping, shadow boxing, and stretching. After the warm-up, you’ll wrap your hands before the trainers divide the class into groups. You’ll then do multiple rounds of bag and pad work before drilling various Muay Thai techniques with a partner. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to spar, followed by a cool-down and stretching.
